Welcome to Morgan Run Stables – an exceptional facility, offering boarding, training, and lessons.

Located on 82 acres, Morgan Run Stables is an exceptional equine facility nestled in the lush countryside of Carroll County, Maryland. The facility provides natural beauty in a private, secluded country setting. The facilities feature 2 spectacular Morton barns that are referred to by visitors as the “Horse Palaces”.

Morgan Run Stables is conveniently located southeast of Westminster near Taylorsville, Winfield and Eldersburg, and can easily be accessed from Routes 70, 695, 95, 32, 26, 140 and 97.

Morgan Run Stables strives to instill in it’s students the qualities of respect and responsibility, both of which are key to a successful partnership with horses. Our goal is simply to share our love of the equine species by educating and fostering good horsemanship skills in our students that will help them and the horses they ride—both now and in the future to be able to work safely together as a team.
